House of Correction

A cocktail bar in Melbourne, hidden downstairs from the Goldilock rooftop, presents us with hospitality, charm and elegance. You’ll find here some of the best and most friendliest bartenders that will serve you cocktails you won’t be able to forget, served elegantly in frozen glassware and garnished simply with a long twist of lemon, a pineapple leaf or a wedge of pink grapefruit.

Hihou

Don’t miss this japanese bar lounge on Flinders Lane, near the corner of Spring Street. The cocktails are spiced up with yuzu, umeshu (plum wine) and shochu (grain spirit), but you won’t want to miss the amazing food from the bar’s snack list either.

Union Electric Bar

Laneway bars are synonymous with Melbourne and this bar brings that concept to light once again. Fresh products are serious business here so you’ll always find tasty cocktails that will quench your thirst and make you truly feel the spirit of Melbourne.

Eau de Vie

A must-visit when you’re in the city of Melbourne, this hidden bar pull out all the stops, creating a space that is as magical as it is stunning. Look out for the liquid nitrogen that are incorporated in the process of making the cocktails as it is a key point to this bar as well. You’ll find yourself lost in a tour of history’s greatest drinks. And don’t forget to visit the room dedicated only to whisky.

Goldilocks

A rooftop bar to overlook the city, whether it be at night to enjoy the amazing lights, or during the day to enjoy the sun with a great cocktail or beer. It’s hidden above a Chinese dumpling house and offers very attractive booths inside as well.

Glamp

Above Polepole restaurant, we find a restaurant with a wild theme. Clearly inspired by the new trend, glamping, and the safari theme, this cocktail bar stuns with its design. You won’t be disappointed by the drinks as well as the interior.
