SOFIA Be So Gastronomic Restaurant
Be So specializes in haute version of hotel-dining-room classics like steak tartare and oysters. With a unique wine selection, this restaurant takes its visitors by storm. However, it’s not only the great food and incredible wine that wins people over, but also the interior design, a mix of white and elegant tones of gold.
Cocina Hermanos Torres
Located in a nearly 9,000-square-foot industrial warehouse, this restaurant is a personal project of celebrity-chef brothers Sergio and Javier Torres. It doesn’t just impress in terms of cuisine, and delicious menu, but also when it comes to architecture and interior design. Their incredible dishes are a homage to the recipes of their mother and grandmother, such as sunflower-seed ice cream and a a faux “rice” with vegetables.

La Clóchina de Valencia Limpia es un molusco de la familia del mejillón. Es muy delicada y apreciada, ya que tan sólo aparece 3 meses al año, en verano. Nosotros la cocinamos al vapor con piel de lima y vino blanco. Además, le añadimos gazpachuelo, típico de Málaga. ¡Lo mejor de cada tierra en un solo plato!😃
Located in a former nightclub venue, El Cinco is chef Josep Armenteros’s Barcelona debut. The menu is full of seasonal dishes with deliciously fresh ingredients, drawing much inspiration from working with Michelin-starred chef Carles Gaig. The boneless duck with pears and millet, the partridge with cabbage, and the menorquin de ensaimada (a typical brioche from Balear Islands) with sobrassada (Majorcan sausage) and cheese, is all part of this amazing menu that is heavy on vegetables and desserts. Definitely a must visit!

Sánchez Romera left his career as a neurologist to follow his dream of becoming a chef, and followed an unconventional path when opening Rice!, a colorful restaurant based around… well, rice! Multi-textured rice varieties are the star of unique dishes like black rice with curry prawns, cuttlefish, and kombu velouté, and the Barcelona roll — six maki rolls made with different rices and filled with an array of vegetables and seafood. If you’re a rice lover, this restaurant is unmissable!
The chefs at Plata Bistro strive to keep the dishes simple. Very simple. In fact, the dishes are low on the number of ingredients, yet still keep the immense flavor that makes this such an amazing restaurant. Through clever techniques and seasonal ingredients, the minimalist dishes have mass appeal. The menu changes continually and is projected on the wall of the restaurant, giving a unique touch to the experience. The dishes are made with ingredients sourced from the local farmers market. Think chanterelles with a fried egg, chicken with Swiss chard and foie gras, or fresh strawberries with mascarpone and balsamic.
